Wrekin White handmade cheese

Matured for six months, Wrekin™ White has a rich creamy full bodied flavour which gets more intense and nutty with age.

Once the rind has formed properly on the cheese it is brushed with local rape seed oil to help preserve and protect the cheese from drying out too much.

Wrekin™ White is unique and irresistible and a worthy accompaniment to any cheese board where it can be enjoyed with a glass of port or a dark hoppy ale.
