Ironbridge

Ironbridge

Process:

The latest addition to our range, Ironbridge is a blue mould-ripened, 200g individual cheese truckle. The white interior ripens to an oozing consistency with a creamy rich flavour reminiscent of wild field mushrooms. Ironbridge is made using unpasteurised cows milk and is suitable for vegetarians.

Why Ironbridge?

The Ironbridge Gorge is known throughout the world as the birthplace of the industrial revolution. Here the worlds first cast Iron bridge was built over the river severn by Abraham Darby III in 1779.
